Apologies received from: David Southwood (DS) - Treasurer
Rob O’Reilly (RR) - Club Captain
Claire Morgan (CM) - Equality & Diversity Officer
Phil Smith (PS) – Kit Officer
Mick Harrison (MH) – Membership Officer

There were sufficient committee members present for the meeting to be quorate.

Stop Watches

The stop watches for holding our own club timed events have now arrived. They have been collaborated by CTT and inspected by ourselves, and so are now suitable for competition.

New Rides and Leaders

The Sunday Saunter is now well underway and seems to be successful, as are all the new club rides (alternative speed).

A big thanks to Mick Harrison for juggling the ride leader schedule again and also to Phil Smith and Dave Southwood and Ian Denham for taking on the Sunday Saunter leads and getting them up and running in the first instance. Many thanks to all leaders, new and old. Without you the rides would really not be possible.

Extra first aid kits are being ordered as all ride leaders are required to carry one when leading.

Sign

James Fox is now in contact with the pub Landlord and sponsor Russ at The Sitwell Arms to see if we can put a sign up outside advertising our club etc.

This seems the best plan of action after a fruitless few months in trying to get somewhere with Rotherham Council regarding this matter.

Membership

We've had 5 more new members in June. That’s 3 up on last year in the months. That also brings us up to 33 new members this year (21at this point last year) and a grand total of 90 members within the club. As always thanks to all for your continued support and a big welcome to all that are new.
