Everyone was very deserving and it was great to see the votes coming in. We also have a very special award that we plan to do for the future.

The overcoming adversity award.

Since I joined and met this person around a year ago he has been super supportive to me and to everyone around. He's gone through a tough time these last few years and to be there for other people so much is a real credit to his generosity and overall good nature.

I'm sure you will all agree that Peter Neal is very deserving for this award this year
